Private Training and Workshops

Elizabeth has provided private training for clients ranging from police officers and construction workers to financial institution staff and engineers. All private training is carefully tailored to fit the type of business, jobs of the participants, and the problem spots of the specific client. Each workshop features interactive discussion, real life scenarios that keep attention focused, and other features designed to ensure that the points hit home and will be remembered back in the trenches.

 

For many years, Elizabeth has trained employees and business/professional groups on a broad range of employment issues, including prevention of harassment, retaliation, and violence in the workplace; EEO and ADEA principles; ADA compliance; FMLA; wage and hour issues; managing leaves; and, general issue spotting.
